Rachel Wooten has been providing photography services throughout middle TN & the southeast for 18 years. She has also worked as a vocalist in the music industry since 2001 and is so excited to combine her two passions here at RW Studios & Events.

At 19, Rachel followed her heart and passion to Nashville from a small town in South Georgia, making TN her permanent home. Growing up, Rachel was a part of a gospel quartet, recording songs in the studio at just 14 years old. She traveled the southeast, singing alongside her brother Stephen at corporate events, theme parks, fairs, churches, military bases, and about every festival in the southeast. After relocating to TN, she quickly became immersed in the musical opportunities that awaited her. 

While working full time, Rachel managed to network through songwriter nights, and singing demos and background vocals for projects whenever she got the chance. Arranging vocals and harmony parts is something she’s always loved, and still does to this day. Fast forward a few years, Rachel decided to pursue her passion for photography after the birth of her daughter. In 2005 she launched her business. 

Over the next few years, Rachel was able to explore her creative side and passions while having the flexibility to set her schedule around her daughter's needs. Her early music industry connections opened the door for her to photograph multiple projects that were featured in billboard magazine, CMT & capitol records, just to name a few. 

She has performed and photographed CMA festival events, award shows, coordinated and  shot multiple album covers for established and up and coming artists since 2006. Rachel currently resides on the outskirts of Nashville with her family. 

Rachel's goal is to provide custom entertainment and a creative eye for your event, wrapped up in southern hospitality. She truly captures the joy of life in the little unscripted moments.
